(A) In the event that a license, other than a Class T or Class X license, is issued within ninety (90) days or less from the expiration of the license term, the amount of the respective initial fee listed in § 110.35 shall be reduced by the equivalent of fifty percent (50%) of the corresponding renewal fee. This prorated initial fee shall be in addition to the non-refundable administrative application fee required by § 110.31 of this chapter. In all other circumstances, the initial fees are not subject to proration.
(B) All renewal fees listed in § 110.35 of this chapter are not subject to proration.
