The Plumbing Inspector shall have the right, during reasonable hours, to enter any building in the discharge of his or her official duties or for the purpose of making an inspection or test of the plumbing equipment therein. He or she shall have the authority to enforce all the ordinance provisions relating to plumbing, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and all drainage facilities within the Village.
