§ 98.30 NON-RENEWAL OF OPERATING LICENSE.
   An operating license issued pursuant to this subchapter shall not be renewed unless the applicant is otherwise in conformance with the provisions of this subchapter, including the correction of existing code violations in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter and all other provisions of the Village code.
