§ 30.108 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEPARTMENT. The Department of Com- munity Development of the Village of Schiller Park.
   DIRECTOR. The Director of the Department of Community Development of the Village of Schiller Park.
   ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONER. The Director of the Department of Community Development of the Village of Schiller Park.
   PRESIDENT. The President of the Village of Schiller Park.
   PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES. The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Schiller Park.
   ZONING, PLANNING, AND APPEALS COMMISSION. The Zoning, Planning, and Appeals Commission of the Village of Schiller Park.
