(A) Each operating license shall be displayed in a conspicuous place within the interior common areas of the multiple family building or in a conspicuous place within the interior of the single-family rental dwelling. Every person holding an operating license shall give notice in writing to the Village Clerk and the Building Official within 24 hours after having transferred or otherwise disposed of the legal control of any licensed multiple family building or single-family rental dwelling. Such notice shall include the name and address of the person or persons succeeding to the ownership or control of such multiple family building or single-family rental dwelling.
(B) Following the issuance of any operating license pursuant to the terms of this subchapter, if any information required by the application form for said license, other than ownership, changes during the course of the license year, the person holding said license shall report any such change in writing to the Building Official within 7 days of such change occurring.
