§ 98.09 OPERATING LICENSE TERMINATES UPON SALE.

Notwithstanding any provision contained in this subchapter to the contrary, an operating license issued pursuant to this subchapter shall terminate upon the sale of the multiple family building or single-family rental dwelling described in such operating license.
