Each condominium association shall by December 31 of each year submit to the Building Official, on a form provided by the Department of Community Development, information concerning its board members, officers, directors, and management company, if applicable. Any condominium association that fails to submit said form by December 31 of a given year shall, upon conviction, be subject to a daily fined of not less than $100.00 nor more than $750.00 until said form is submitted.
