§ 30.106 DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
   The head of the Department of Community Development shall be known as the Director of Community Development and shall be appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the President and Board of Trustees. The Director of Community Development shall serve at the discretion of the Village President. The Department of Community Development shall be composed of such other employees as may be necessary to carry out the functions of the Department pursuant to financing authorized by the President and Board of Trustees in the annual budget of the Village.
