§ 96.126 DISPLAY OF ADDRESS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation having the ownership and/or control of any building to permit such building to exist within the corporate limits of the Village without having displayed the address of such building upon the front facade thereof, in numbers at least 2½ inches high in a location plainly visible from the street. Furthermore in instances where the rear facade of such building is visible from an adjacent alley, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation having the ownership and/or control of any building to permit such building to exist within the corporate limits of the Village without having displayed the address of such building upon the rear facade thereof, in numbers at least 2½ inches high in a location plainly visible from the alley.
   (B)   Upon a finding by a court of competent jurisdiction that such person, firm or corporation has violated division (A) hereof, such court shall impose a fine consistent with and as provided in § 10.99.
