(A) Every owner of real property within the Village shall be required to cut the grass in the parkway immediately adjacent to the front or side yard of said real property, as necessary, so that the grass on any such parkway does not exceed six inches (6") in height; and
(B) Any person who neglects or refuses to comply with the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine as provided in the general penalty section in § 10.99 of this code for each offense. Each day a violation is not corrected and is permitted to exist, shall constitute a separate offense and shall be treated as such until the violation is remedied.
