§ 96.042 BOND REQUIREMENT.
   Each applicant for a permit required by this subchapter shall file a bond, in the amount of $50,000, with sureties to be approved by the Village President and Board of Trustees, conditioned to indemnify the Village from any loss or damage resulting from the work undertaken or the manner of doing the same.
