§ 93.072 NOTICE TO REMOVE INFECTED TREES.
   It shall be the duty of the Village Clerk to serve a notice in writing, either personally or by registered mail, to the person to whom was sent the tax bill for the general taxes for the last preceding year on the property, requiring that the infected tree be removed within 30 days of the receipt of the notice.
