§ 93.071 RIGHT OF ENTRY OF VILLAGE FOR INSPECTION.
   It shall be lawful for an authorized agent of the Village to enter upon private property for the purpose of inspecting any elm tree suspected of being infected with Dutch elm disease or elm blight.
