§ 93.026 LOCATION OF CONTAGIOUS DISEASE INSTITUTIONS NEAR RESIDENCES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to build, construct, maintain, operate, conduct or manage any hospital, sanitarium, rest home or any other institution, building or place for the reception, care and treatment of any person known to be afflicted with any disease of a contagious, infectious, tuberculous, epidemic or communicable character whatsoever within a distance of one-half mile of any residence or other building within the corporate limits of the Village, used in part or as a whole for residence purposes or human habitation, subject also to all the foregoing provisions of this subchapter.
