§ 93.025 LOCATION NEAR SCHOOLS, PARKS AND PLAYGROUNDS.
   No hospital, sanitarium, rest home or similar institution of any kind or description hereafter shall be erected or established within 1,000 feet of any property used for a school, public or private, or as a park or public playground.
