(A) There hereby is created the office of Village Comptroller, an administrative office of the Village.
(B) There hereby is created the office of Village Manager, an administrative office of the Village.
(C) Both of these offices, with their functions, duties and responsibilities, shall be combined and held by one person, to be known as the Village Manager/Comptroller.
(D) Throughout this code of ordinances whenever reference is made to “Village Comptroller/ Manager”, “Village Manager”, “Village Manager/ Comptroller”, and/or “Village Comptroller”, such term shall be construed to mean “Village Manager/ Comptroller”.
