§ 91.36 CARE OF IMPOUNDED DOGS AND OTHER ANIMALS.
   Dogs or animals which are kept in the Village pound shall be humanely treated and fed; the pound shall be under the charge of the Police Chief, who shall be responsible for the care and custody of the same. Dogs or animals unredeemed within three days shall be disposed of as provided by the Village Board of Trustees.
