(A) Dogs or animals which are impounded shall be kept in the enclosure established as the Village pound until redeemed or until otherwise disposed of as may be directed from time to time by the Village President and Board of Trustees.
(B) Dogs or animals held in the pound shall be held at least three days for redemption, after notice to the owner.
(C) Any person seeking to redeem an impounded dog or animal shall be responsible for all fees charged by the impound facility.
