§ 30.082 AUTOMATIC REMOVAL FROM OFFICE.
   The Village Collector is prohibited hereby from keeping the money of the Village in the possession of the Village Collector or in the possession of any other person, firm or corporation beyond the time prescribed for payment of same to the Village Treasurer. Failure of the Village Collector to abide by this regulation shall constitute immediate and unequivocal surrender of office as Village Collector.
