§ 30.081 DUTIES OF THE VILLAGE COLLECTOR.
   The Village Collector shall have the following duties:
   (A)   As may be required by the Village Manager/Comptroller, the Village Collector shall collect and receive money due the Village and keep such records pertaining to such collections;
   (B)   At the end of each day, the Village Collector shall turn over to the Village Treasurer all monies collected from any source; and
   (C)   The Village Collector shall make the following reports:
      (1)   Monthly, to the Village Manager/Comptroller, demonstrating what money has been received by the Collector and the source thereof;
      (2)   Between the first and tenth of April of each fiscal year, file with the Village Clerk, an annual statement of: (i) All money collected by the Village Collector during the previous twelve months, (ii) the particular warrant, special assessment, or other account on which collected; (iii) the balance uncollected on all warrants in the Village Collector’s possession; and (iv) the balance remaining uncollected at the time of the return on all warrants that the Village Collector returned to the Village Treasurer during the preceding fiscal year.
