§ 30.080 OFFICE ESTABLISHED; APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   There is established hereby the office of Village Collector, an executive office of the Village. The Village Collector shall be appointed for an indefinite term by the Village President by and with the consent of the Board of Trustees and shall receive such annual salary as is approved by the President and Board of Trustees in the annual budget.
   (B)   The Village Clerk may hold the office of Village Collector, if so appointed as set forth in subsection (A) of this section.
