SCHEDULE XVI. PARKING PROHIBITED ON SCHOOL DAYS, BETWEEN 7:00 A.M. AND 4:00 P.M.
   No person shall park a motor vehicle between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on school days, in any of the following locations:
   Street               Location
   Wehrman Avenue         Both sides of the street between Seymour and Ivanhoe Avenues
