§ 30.073 DEPOSITS OF FUNDS; LIMITATIONS.
   The Village Treasurer shall deposit the Village funds in the depositories as, from time to time, may be selected as provided by law. The Treasurer shall keep the deposit of the Village money separate and distinct from the treasurers own money and shall not make private or personal use of any Village money.
