Notwithstanding anything otherwise provided in this Code to the contrary, any Motel Authority, Hotel Authority, individual or entity found guilty of violating any provision of this subchapter shall be subject to a mandatory fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day, nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per day. Each day shall constitute a separate violation of this subchapter. Without any limitation on the foregoing, each day a violation of this subchapter occurs or continues shall be a separate offense, and each such offense shall be subject to not less than the minimum mandatory daily fine.
