(A) The Treasurer shall perform the duties that are prescribed by statute or ordinance, except that the Treasurer shall not publish nor file his annual report pursuant to the statutes of the state made and provided, but instead shall file his report with the Village Clerk, who shall make copies thereof available to the President and Board of Trustees of the Village.
(B) The Treasurer shall receive all money paid into the Village, whether directly from the person paying the money or from the hands of another officer or employee as may receive it, and shall pay out money only on voucher or orders properly signed by the Village President and Village Clerk.
