(A) Any motel or hotel operated, conducted, or maintained contrary to the provisions of this subchapter shall be declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance. The Village may, in addition to, or in lieu of, all other remedies, commence an action or proceeding for abatement, removal, or enjoinment of any such nuisance, in the manner provided by law.
(B) Each Motel Authority or Hotel Authority shall ensure that all employees of the motel or hotel comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
