(A) No Motel Authority or Hotel Authority shall provide lodging at an hourly rate.
(B) No Motel Authority or Hotel Authority shall rent a motel unit or guest room more than once between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. the next calendar day.
(C) No Motel Authority or Hotel Authority may rent a motel unit or guest room to any individual under the age of twenty-one (21) unless the individual is part of a group, convention, corporate meeting, pageant, or other major contracted booking at the motel or hotel and a copy of the contract is on file at the motel or hotel and available for immediate inspection by Village officials.
(D) No Motel Authority or Hotel Authority shall rent or provide a motel unit or guest room for any number of individuals greater than the sleeping accommodations provided within the particular motel unit or guest room provided by the motel or hotel.
(E) No Motel Authority or Hotel Authority or guest or visitor of any motel or hotel shall be allowed to congregate within any motel unit or guest room a number of persons which is greater than two (2) times the number of persons for whom sleeping accommodations are provided within the single room or rental unit except when temporarily designated as a hospitality suite by the motel or hotel.
(F) No Motel Authority or Hotel Authority shall permit an individual to consume any alcoholic liquor in any parking lot or exterior area of a motel or hotel.
(G) Each Motel Authority or Hotel Authority shall advise guests verbally, upon registration, and through posted signage that loitering is prohibited.
(H) No individual shall loiter in or upon any motel or hotel lawn, parking lot, public parking structure, or in or around any building or common area including breezeways, stairwells, motel units, or guest rooms either on foot or in or upon any conveyance being driven or parked thereon, without the permission of the Motel Authority or Hotel Authority.
(I) Each Motel Authority or Hotel Authority shall enforce all regulations in this Code related to curfew for minors by prohibiting minors from lingering in the common areas of the motel or hotel during the hours of curfew.
