§ 101.16 REMOVAL OF STUMPS.

All stumps of trees shall be removed below the surface of the ground so that the top of the stump shall not project above the surface of the ground. This shall be done at a minimum of twelve (12) inches below ground level. All stump debris will be removed and filled with dirt. Stump locations will be provided to JULIE so that they may locate underground utilities before stump removal operations begin.
