§ 101.03 DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF VILLAGE ARBORIST.
   The Director of Streets, Sanitation and Water and Village Arborist shall be responsible for the implementation of this title. The Village Arborist has the responsibility to analyze and determine areas where trees should be added, pruned, or removed. The Director of Streets, Sanitation and Water or Village Manager is authorized to hire or consult with a certified arborist, as needed, for the benefit of trees in the Village.
