§ 96.031 PROPERTY PROHIBITION; DUTY TO REPAIR AND KEEP FREE FROM TIRE TRACKS OR MARKINGS.
   No owner or occupant of a parcel of property shall cause or permit any tire track, tire mark, or any groove or depression caused by a vehicle to exist on any portion of a front, side or rear yard that is not an impervious surface. The existence of such shall be considered prima facia evidence of a violation of this section by the owner or occupant of the property.
   It shall further be the duty of an owner or occupant of a parcel of property to maintain any area that is not an impervious surface free from tire tracks, tire marks, or any groove or depression caused by a vehicle. The existence of such shall be considered prima facia evidence of a violation of this section by the owner or occupant of the property.
   Notwithstanding anything otherwise provided in this code to the contrary, any violator of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day, nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per day. Without any limitation on the foregoing, each day a violation of this section occurs or continues shall be a separate offense, and each such offense shall be subject to not less than the minimum daily fine.
