SCHEDULE XXIV. RESIDENTS-ONLY PARKING FROM 10:00 P.M. TO 7:00 A.M.
   It shall be unlawful to park a motor vehicle in any of the following locations between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. unless such motor vehicle is registered to a resident of said street:
