(A) Off-street parking facilities provided for a self-service storage facility shall be solely for the parking of motor vehicles, in operating condition, used by patrons, occupants or employees of such facility and shall not be used for the storage, sale, or display of boats, recreational vehicles, motor vehicles, trailers, or other personal property.
(B) Off-street parking facilities located between the principal building and a roadway shall not be used for storage. No vehicles may be parked overnight in any off-street parking facilities located between the principal building and a roadway.
