§ 118.005 RENTAL AGREEMENTS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Written rental agreements shall be required for each individual storage space and shall set forth all use restrictions imposed by this Chapter.
   (B)   From and after the effective date of this Chapter, no rental agreements shall be entered into or renewed that are in violation of the regulations set forth in this Chapter.
