§ 89.05 EXEMPTIONS FROM PROVISIONS.

The restrictions and regulations contained in this Chapter shall not apply to any roll-off dumpster, dump trailer, temporary storage pod or temporary storage container that is located on property owned or used by a unit of local, state or federal government or a railroad.
