§ 89.02 NUISANCE DECLARED.
   It is hereby declared a nuisance and it shall be unlawful to place, maintain or store any roll-off dumpster, dump trailer, temporary storage pod or temporary storage container on any property in the Village in any manner not authorized by this Chapter or in violation of any more restrictive regulation contained in another Chapter of this Code.
