In addition to a denial, suspension or revocation of a business license, any person or entity who violates any provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense and shall be subject to a fine not less than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, electronic machine or device. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
