§ 119.088 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.

No cannabis license shall be issued to any person or entity that is not in compliance with all applicable Village, State and federal rules, regulations and ordinances, nor shall a license be issued if the premises and building to be used for the licensed business do not fully comply with the requirements of the ordinances of the Village including, but not limited to, any building and zoning regulations.
