§ 119.086 NUMBER OF CANNABIS BUSINESS LICENSES.

(A) There shall be a maximum of zero (0) cannabis licenses available at any one time in the Village.

(B) The total number of cannabis licenses allowed under this Chapter may be increased or decreased from time to time, by the adoption of an ordinance amending this Chapter, in the discretion of the Village Board of Trustees.
