It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to conduct, operate or maintain a cannabis business establishment, cannabis dispensing organization, cannabis craft grower, cannabis cultivation center, cannabis infuser organization or infuser, cannabis processing organization or processor, cannabis transporting organization or transporter or otherwise, sell, offer for sale, or possess in any manner with the intent to sell at retail, wholesale or otherwise any cannabis within the corporate limits of the Village without having first applied for and obtained a cannabis business license. This license shall be in addition to any other license required by this Code and the State of Illinois. No person shall sell at retail or wholesale, dispense, transport, process or infuse cannabis in the Village, in any form, in violation of the terms and conditions of this license or in violation of any provision of this Chapter or any provision of the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act ILCS Ch. 410, Act 705, 1-1 et seq.
