§ 71.43 BUILDINGS TO COMPLY.
   Any buildings constructed on a parking lot shall be constructed in full compliance with the zoning ordinance; any building, life-safety and fire code regulation; and any other applicable regulation, requirement or ordinance pertaining thereto.
