(A) This chapter provides for an automated traffic law enforcement system, which detects motor vehicles which fail to abide by traffic-control signals at intersections under penalty of a fine, and a system of administrative adjudication by which such detected infractions shall be resolved.
(B) This chapter shall apply only to an automated traffic law enforcement system located at the following intersections within the Village:
(1) Eastbound Irving Park Road at River Road
(2) Northbound Mannheim Road at Irving Park Road
(3) Eastbound Lawrence Avenue at River Road
(4) Southbound River Road at Lawrence Avenue.
