It shall be unlawful to stop, park or leave standing upon a public street, highway, roadway, any rights-of-way or any property owned by the Village, any type of vehicle which is not properly registered with the State of Illinois or any other state, upon which is displayed a registration plate or plates or registration sticker after the termination of the registration period for which the registration plate or plates or registration sticker was issued, or which does not otherwise exhibit a valid registration plate or plates or registration sticker issued by any state.
