There shall be at least one (1) uniformed attendant on the premises at all times during which the parking lot is open for business. A permanent restroom facility for attendant use must be constructed on the premises and available for use at all times during which the parking lot is open for business. Each facility must be climate controlled, clearly marked and illuminated and comply with all requirements of this code. No portable or temporary restroom facility of any kind shall be permitted on the premises.
