§ 71.38 POSTING OF RATES, HOURS.
   At each entrance of a parking lot there shall be an illuminated sign with letters not less than six (6) inches in height setting forth the rates to be charged and the closing hours. Every illuminated sign shall be constructed in full compliance with all ordinances, requirements and regulations pertinent thereto.
