Applications for the license required by § 71.31 shall be made in writing to the Village and shall contain all necessary information to ensure compliance with the provisions of this subchapter, including a description of the location, size, and number of cars to be accommodated; a statement of the number of attendants employed; a statement of services to be provided; plans depicting parking spaces, access lanes or aisles, driveways and structures; and any other information or application form required by the Village.
