§ 121.03 PENALTIES.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of this section shall, on conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500, or public or community service of not less than eight hours nor more than 40 hours for each violation. The circuit court may enjoin the person from committing further violations of this chapter. Each act of panhandling prohibited by this section constitutes a separate offense.
   (B)   If the Village recommends, or the court on its own motion orders, a sentence of public or community service, the Village shall provide to the court the name and addresses of contact persons for three not-for-profit organizations or public bodies that

agree to accept public or community service from offenders and to report on the progress of the offender and the public or community service to the court or to the Village's corporation counsel. If the court orders a sentence of public or community service, it shall direct the offender to report to one of those contact persons or to the contact person for any other not-for-profit organization or public body the court deems appropriate.
