In lieu of or in addition to any suspension or revocation of a Food Purveyor's License, any person, firm, corporation, or other entity who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $750.00. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation occurs or continues.
