§ 116.045 APPEAL.
   (A)    The decision of the Regulatory Authority may be appealed to the Board of Trustees, in which event the proceedings shall be reviewed and a decision rendered by the Board of Trustees based on the written record before the Regulatory Authority. A request for an appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed with the Village Clerk within ten (10) days of the date that the Regulatory Authority issued the written report of the hearing decision.
   (B)   When a revocation of a Food Purveyor License has become final, the holder of the revoked license may make written application for a new license.
