§ 116.042 REINSTATEMENT AFTER SUSPENSION.
   (A)   Any person whose license issued under the provisions of this chapter has been suspended may, at any time, make application for a reinspection for the purpose of reinstatement of the license.
   (B)   Within ten (10) days following receipt of a written request, including a statement signed by the applicant that, in his or her opinion, the conditions causing suspension of the license have been corrected, the Regulatory Authority shall make a reinspection.
   (C)   If after the reinspection the Regulatory Authority determines that the applicant is complying with the requirements of this chapter, the license shall be reinstated.
