(A) A valid Food Purveyor License as provided for in this chapter shall be posted in a location in every food establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. All valid Food Purveyor Licenses issued for vending machines shall be posted in a conspicuous place upon each machine so licensed.
(B) Every person licensed and operating vehicles under the provisions of this chapter shall have securely fastened on the windshield of each vehicle used in the conduct of the business licensed under this chapter a decal for the current year issued by the Village Clerk, having stamped thereon the words "Food Vehicle" and a number corresponding to the number of license issued for that vehicle.
